Quardio – End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: March 25, 2025

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User") and Cyber Pioneers Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and governs your use of the Quardio mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

  1. License Grant We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App strictly in accordance with this Agreement and the applicable App Store terms and conditions.
  2. Account and Subscription You may access certain features via an auto-renewable subscription. Payments will be charged to your Apple ID account, and subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage subscriptions through your account settings.
  3. Privacy Policy Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, available in the App Store description, which describes our practices regarding personal data collection and use.
  4. User Responsibilities
    • You must provide accurate information when registering or using the App.
    • You agree not to misuse the App or engage in activities that could harm or compromise the functionality of the App.
  5. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights related to the App are owned by Cyber Pioneers Inc. Unauthorized copying, modification, or redistribution is prohibited.
  6. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided "as-is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free functionality or suitability for specific health outcomes.
  7. Limitation of Liability Cyber Pioneers Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of the App.
  8. Changes to This Agreement We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. If significant changes occur, you will be notified within the App or via email.
  9. Termination We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of this Agreement. You may terminate this Agreement by uninstalling the App.
  10. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Cyber Pioneers Inc. is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
